All in all everything was excellent, had a great stay for a wedding nearby. Exceptionally good and hot breakfast for food to be topped up was available. Got a double room with breakfast as expected, really enjoyed it. Favourable location and overall the staff was very-very nice. There was a small restaurant, several stores and a local supermarket next door.

The hotel staff was abrupt.

The hotel was brilliant, spotless and huge room. Courteous and welcoming staff who were always there to help. Its location was central, right next to Vue Cinema. The bar was lovely. Everything was simply good.

It was very convenient - close to my destination. I arrive after 21:00 so want to get straight to my room. I check out when I check in to save time first thing in the morning. The staff are efficient and helful.

the breakfast is a little limiting and the breakfast selection area is too hot and cramped - like an old fashioned motorway cafe!

The location. Apart from the beds, the hotel itself was good, with nice staff, a comfortable lobby, and the breakfast was very satisfactory.

The beds...definately uncomfortable and they sagged in the middle. We were there for 4 nights and i had a stiff neck & shoulder problem after the 1st night. I asked if they could do something about the mattress, the receptionist took note, but nothing was done.
